Young Whan Park

Mr. Park has served Korean as well as American communities in various capacities including:

• Korean American Scholarship Foundation as an early founding member. Served as President (1985), Chairman of National Board (1992), and current Member Board of Directors

• Wesley Theological Seminary, ( Unites Methodist Church  in  USA ) , Washington, D.C. Served as Member Board of Governors (1994-2010); Academic Programs, Campus Facilities Planning, Fund-raising / investment , Student  Scholarships

• International Foundation for Ewha Womens University, New York, Founded by USA United Methodist Bishops in 1970.  Served as Member Board of Directors (2001-Current). Currently serving as Chairman of the Committee for International Exchange and Scholarship

• Korean United Methodist Church, McLean, Virginia. USA. Member since 1963, and currently serving as an Elder. After his retirement, He has designed and help built Mission facilities in Northern China and Yucatan, Mexico

He received BS of Architecture and MS in Urban & Regional Planning. He is a licensed Architect and belongs to American Institute of Architects. Taught Architecture / Urban Planning as a Special Guest Lecturer for Graduate School of Engineering & Architecture at Ewha University. A recipient of Paul Harris Fellow Founder’s Award in 2011 from Rotary International Foundation for his community and humanitarian services.
